I present to you a simple circuit to build, whose purpose is precisely to provide AC power to feed a fan, the lights, and some electronic equipment, with a 12V battery.

 

2. Product Parameter (Specification)

1. Battery low voltage protection:

When the battery voltage is lower than 10.5V per section, the inverter will turn off the inverter (there is no AC voltage output at this time), and the inverter is in standby mode.

2. Battery overvoltage protection:

When the battery voltage is higher than 14.8V per section, the inverter also turns off the inverter and enters standby mode.

3. The battery starts normally:

When the battery is under low voltage protection, when the solar or wind energy charges the battery to 12.5V per section, the inverter automatically starts to output the AC voltage to supply power to the load. Battery overvoltage protection: When the overvoltage protection is restored to below 14.8V, the inverter will also start automatically.

4. Temperature controlled fan and over temperature protection:

When the inverter is working normally, the fan does not turn. When the temperature is too high, the fan runs automatically. When the temperature drops, the fan stops automatically. When the fan is damaged and the temperature is too high, the inverter will turn off the inverter and enter standby mode.

When the temperature drops, the inverter is automatically started and the AC power is output.

5. Shock and short circuit protection:

The inverter has real-time hardware-by-wave current-limit protection, and software delay (400mS) short-circuit protection plus power frequency isolation transformer, which improves the product's impact resistance and reliability.
